Smart Farming: The Weeder

The lesson shows how the Weeder precisely removes weeds from the field.

The picture shows the Weeder, a robot made up of cube-shaped components. A scythe, also made up of small cubes, is attached to the front. This removes weeds, which are represented by green cubes. The robot moves along a black and white track that is part of a game board.

Before planting can begin, the field must be cleared of weeds. This is where the Weeder comes in. Using its special hoe, it removes the weeds precisely. This eliminates the need for pesticides, keeping the field free of chemicals and healthy.
